CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Fees for sessions you have already attended are non-refundable. - You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 12 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice — or no-shows — are non-refundable and non-transferable. - If you cancel the program before attending any sessions, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees. - If you have attended one session and choose not to continue, 50% of the program fee will be refunded, minus processing fees. - All refunds are issued minus administrative charges and payment processor fees.
