Hello!

I'm Cristina

Spiritual life coach & Hypnotherapist

I help individuals like you regain inner fulfillment and harmony through a deep reconnection with their soul.

 

But this wasn’t always my path. I used to be a lawyer following the typical route of what it meant to be a "normal adult." And yet, despite the external achievements, I felt an overwhelming emptiness inside. I longed for inner peace and deeper meaning, something that spoke to my heart, not just my mind.

The emotional pain pushed me to embark on a journey within that led me to rediscover my gifts and talents to be of service to people in a way that feels aligned to me.

Today, I combine my knowledge on coaching, hypnosis and mind reprogramming with my innate ability to tap into the energy of the soul.

 

Over the past four years, I’ve been honored to help clients in Europe and the Americas transform their lives into one with meaning, fulfillment, and inner peace.​​

The result is extremely positive. In the beginning, I was reluctant to take a session but I said to give it a try. My main focus was to change some repetitive behaviour I have which was having negative outcomes on my life. Already after a few sessions, my mindset changed which today has a very positive impact on my life. Cristina helped me a lot in “fixing” my flaws and therefore my life and the life of my family have improved.
