Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees for the session that you have attended will not be refunded.

You may cancel or reschedule the session no later than 12 hours before. If you wish to cancel, administrative fees associated with the refund will be deducted (around 5 USD) from the total amount.

Fees will not be refunded for cancellation or rescheduling within the 12 hours prior to the session neither for nonattendance.
